OpenID-LDAP 0.8

Good news to all OpenID fans! We have used phpMyID script 0.7 as a basis and tuned it up to provide multi-user support with LDAP database as a backend, added some more stuff (including simple GUI) and so the OpenID-LDAP was born starting with version 0.8. Have fun!

A working Identity Provider using OpenID-LDAP is already deployed at MPS Ltd (for company employees).
